Having worked as a Chef and Culinary teacher for over 4 years he has designed and delivered private Vegan and Gluten-Free cooking lessons to high-profile clients, inspiring others to adopt plant-based principles in their kitchen and life. He is the appointed Vegan Guest Chef for Season Cookery School at 5-star Hotel Lainston House alongside Michelin Starred Chefs.
Having grown an independent food blog organically since 2013, his passion and excitement for food is infectious and he loves showing people there is an alternative to unhealthy foods, that still taste and look amazing.
Shirin has developed her business acumen, working for the UK’s largest independent telecoms company for over 4 years. After adopting a Vegan lifestyle in 2015 (alongside a gluten-free diet of over 10 years), she is passionate about developing health-focused, nutritious foods that fuel our bodies for the ultimate performance and mental clarity.
