Setting any type of goal is a great way to measure success and ensure that your business is operating in the way that you want it to be. Without goals, you will fail to see what you are achieving and will also be left with little insight into how you can improve in order to achieve long-term success. While many businesses do set goals, often they are unrealistic and fail to address key things, such as the market that the organisation operates in.
I’ve recently started to become obsessed with Business Growth. Ok that might seem obvious but actually its not. Too often we get caught up in day to day activities, surviving the day to day and we don’t focus enough attention of your marketing plan on growth activities. Yes updating your Instagram page is great but is it part of a wider strategy of growth – whether that be revenue, profit, customers – is it moving forward?
We all know that Quizzes have had a lot of bad publicity lately, with the Facebook and Cambridge Analytica debacle, but put that aside, and do it well and Quizzes are a great tool to have as part of your lead generation strategy.
Without sales, your business would be nothing. No matter how awesome your products or services are, how incredible your customer service is, how clever you are at cutting costs and accounting…if you don’t make sales, you don’t make money and without money, your business will suffocate and die.
